My name is Michael and I’m a Vancouver photographer living in beautiful British Columbia. I specialize mainly in headshots, portraits, events, and weddings. I also love capturing lifestyle sessions, architecture, and cars.

I was first introduced to photography during my high school years. The school offered me film and I would shoot rolls and rolls since the school paid to develop it. Photography quickly turned into an expensive hobby and to fund that hobby I started shooting weddings with other established photographers, where I quickly learned how to photograph people. I’m happy to say that hobby has now turned into something I’m very passionate about.

I’ve always been a creative individual. Though I’m not very good with a paintbrush or a pencil, I can tell a story through the images I create. I love interacting with individuals, couples, and kids, capturing their emotions. Trying to get them to be themselves in front of the camera can be hard and challenging but it’s what makes taking photos that much more rewarding for me.

In my spare time I enjoy road cycling, traveling, and exploring new restaurants and the outdoors with friends. I also have an interest and appreciation for anything design related from industrial design, architecture, fashion, and interior design.
